Located on the first floor (with elevator) of a beachfront residence with a swimming pool (open from June 15th to September 15th), it offers an ideal setting for a relaxing holiday. Enjoy an 8.19 m² terrace with pleasant views of the sea and the pool. The apartment is situated in the sought-after Corniche district, just 100 meters from shops and the Thursday market, and 190 meters from the beach, which is easily accessible on foot.
