Ideally situated in the new Villeroy district, 300 m from the beach and 300 m from shops. The apartment comprises a living room with a sofa, coffee table, and flat-screen TV, opening onto a fully equipped kitchen with a hob, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, and washing machine. Bedroom 1: a double bed (140 cm) and a wardrobe. Bedroom 2: a bunk bed with a 140 cm sleeping area on the bottom and a 90 cm sleeping area on top, as well as a storage cupboard. Bathroom: sink and bathtub; separate WC. A private garage (H: 1.90 m – W: 2.90 m – L: 5.60 m) is available, accessible via an electric gate (2 m high). Garage #2\. Pets are not allowed.
