Holiday rental in Sète: Located on the 2nd floor with elevator access, this 27 m² one-bedroom apartment offers a comfortable and bright living space, complemented by an 8 m² enclosed loggia with a lovely view of Mont Saint-Clair. Facing east, it benefits from beautiful morning light. The beaches are just 200 m away and shops are within walking distance. The pleasant living area includes: a kitchenette renovated in 2019, equipped with a 3-burner induction hob, fridge-freezer, oven, washing machine, microwave, double sofa bed, television, a separate sleeping area with a window, furnished with a 140 cm bed and a wardrobe, a bathroom with bathtub and sink, and a separate WC. The 8 m² enclosed loggia provides a lovely space for meals or relaxing while admiring Mont Saint-Clair. Private parking space #B11 is included in a gated parking area. A functional, bright, and ideally located apartment for a comfortable holiday just steps from the sea! Pets are not allowed. Apartment rated 2 stars (sleeps 4). Late arrival possible: €50 (please contact us for details).  
OPTIONAL services subject to availability: bed linen rental (€15 per bed), towel rental (€12 per person), end-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) €60, mini Wi-Fi box (€39/week). NOT INCLUDED: toilet paper, cleaning products, toiletries.
