It is located on the fourth floor (with elevator). The beaches are 300m away and the shops 350m away. The living room is composed of a kitchen area (with ceramic hob, microwave, oven, fridge, washing machine), a storage unit, convertible sofa, table, chairs and television. In the cabin area, there are 2 bunk beds for 1 person and in the bedroom, a double bed. The bathroom (shower, sink) is separate from the WC. The apartment has a private parking space numbered 70\.
