Holiday rental in Sète: Just 500m from the beach, this pleasant 30m² apartment is located on the ground floor of a quiet residence comprised of small villas, with secure access via an automatic gate. The well-equipped kitchenette includes an induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher, opening onto a bright living room with a sofa bed (sleeps 2) and a television. The bedroom has a double bed (140cm) and a large wardrobe. A separate sleeping alcove with a door and window provides access to the outside, along with two bunk beds (90cm) and a chest of drawers. The bathroom has a shower, sink, and washing machine. There is a separate WC.

Air conditioning ensures optimal comfort in summer. Outside, a private terrace adjoins the apartment, furnished with a table and chairs shaded by an awning, perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing. Private parking space #457 is included in the residence. An ideal base for a holiday with family or friends, offering peace and quiet by the sea and comfort! Pets are not allowed. Late arrival possible: €50 (please contact us for details).
OPTIONAL services subject to availability: bed linen rental (€15 per bed), towel rental (€12 per person), end-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) €90, mini Wi-Fi box (€39/week). NOT INCLUDED: toilet paper, cleaning products, toiletries.

Vacances agréables

Bon emplacement calme , commerces plages à proximités. Logement bien équipé . Les serrures sont un peu vieillissantes, ainsi que le carrelage . Le ménage est fait succinctement. Mais satisfaisant et le fait d'avoir un emplacement pour véhicule est appréciable
