Splendide ! La taille de l'appartement est intéressante ainsi que les deux terrasses qui apportent une belle luminosité. On n'entend que les mouvements de la mer ! Belle tranquillité Les éléments de cuisine sont un peu vieillots, (frigo) le four de taille supérieure serait à envisager il est impossible d'introduire des plats à tarte. Un téléviseur plus actuel avec toutes les chaînes de la TNT serait apprécié. Un store banne pourrait remplacer efficacement les parasols pas vraiment adaptés en période ventée et en réelle protection solaire. La cuisine est fonctionnelle, la salle de bain est un peu plus sommaire (petite, sans porte serviette ou tapis de sol). Accès à la plage direct, et tous les commerces à proximité.
