Vacation Rental in Sète: Superb, fully renovated, air-conditioned one-bedroom apartment offering 30 m² of living space and a lovely 5 m² enclosed loggia. A true haven that is sure to charm you!  
  
Located on the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator, this apartment features a welcoming living room with a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, and tasteful décor. The modern and functional open-plan kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine.  
The sleeping area comprises a comfortable bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower, sink, and storage. Separate WC. The bright loggia perfectly complements this property, ideal for relaxing. A private garage (no. 113) is also available within the residence (dimensions: 2.10 m wide x 5.50 m long x 1.80 m high). Pets are not allowed. The apartment is air-conditioned. Late arrival is possible for €50 (please contact us for details).  
OPTIONAL services, subject to availability: bed linen rental (€15 per bed), towel rental (€12 per person), end-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) €60, mini Wi-Fi box (€39/week). NOT INCLUDED: toilet paper, cleaning products, toiletries.
