Jean is very kind, friendly & quickly responds if you need anything. The villa is in a great position, close to beautiful beaches, lovely towns and amenities. It’s also really peaceful. "A very nice house, fully equipped for relaxing and cooking, and conveniently located for beaches and towns along this coast. Seringham and Valras Plage have a nice selection of restaurants. Valras-Plage has entertainments and a market. There is much more to do and see in this area."

"Comfortable, well equipped with everything we needed. The aircon and pool made living in the heat enjoyable. Good location, a corner plot well screened and mostly quiet with very little noise from the adjacent campsite. A good base to explore the area, for us mostly by cycle with easy routes to town and beaches"

"Our stay in Serignan at Xaviers home was wonderful. The home was clean, spacious, and the location was perfect. The home itself was beautiful and the perfect place for us to stay with the kids. The pool was fabulous, and our host was so gracious and accomodating.
