HoteI charged a 4 star rate, but I was overcharged. lt wants to be a 3 star, but isn't. I'm kind to rate it a 2 star. I even had to plead with the front desk for a bottle of water. The room was designed more like a prison cell than a hotel room. However, I must write that it was really well located.and allowed me to walk to most of the tourist places I wanted to visit in the center of Seoul.

It was nice enough, the staff is very helpful. There are some very useful automated kiosks in the lobby for purchasing things while staying in Korea including a money exchange machine. The rooms could use a more deep cleaning like under the bed and behind room furniture but everything else was clean. The wifi seems a bit unsecured though, since there is no password to gain access... anyways I would definitely stay here again if I had the chance. The surrounding area is fun at night and very lively.

Perfect location for first time in Korea. Enjoyed my stay. A few improvements would be more comfortable beds and maybe microwave in the rooms. Otherwise this place provided us what we needed! Would stay again if I visit Korea. Thank you!

Hotel Atrium is accessible via different train stations--and walking distance from all of them (ranging from 5 mins to 10 mins). The staff were able to look after our luggage before checking in and after checking out. Also, they assisted in booking us a taxi service and managing a reservation for a restaurant. The location is nearby Gwangjang Market and there are other restaurants and grocery stores within reach (Starbucks is very near). The room we stayed in was spacious and had an international outlet and USB ports. I wish though the bedside lamps have USB ports too! This is petty: I wish the main front door is automatic so it'll be easier for someone to haul in their luggage through and not struggle (these doors are glass and heavy). We opted to avail the breakfast during our stay, but the menu stayed the same; delicious nonetheless. In summary: book your room in this hotel and Seoul is within reach.

I checked in on Christmas eve at 11am. I told the front desk that I have 5 members though I booked a 4 person room. The front desk guy sacastically asked "if I am kidding". I am ready for pay for extra pax and we prefer to stay as a family. I think customer service should explain policy politely and not mock at your customer.

It’s my 3rd-4th times for staying here. 1st reason is cost effective. There is a bus stop for this hotel from International Airport, also it is located next to Seoul Metro station. It is also walkable to Dongdaemun. The condition of the room is good. The only thing that I think it can be improved is the towels that in the room.

The hotel was okay. We were disappointed that there was no safe in the room. Also, we couldn't control the a/c temperature in the room. It was quite warm (ended up opening the windows but bugs flew in). Breakfast was decent but offered the same dishes everyday. It is in a good location though! And the triple room was good for the price.

Great location. Great service. Great breakfast. Room was clean and big for an east asia capital. Staff speaks good english and it was easy to get taxis from the hotel. Night market wit great food 5 minutes walk

Air conditioning fully of dust
The room we have is not clean the air -conditioning is very dirty fully of dust and the carpet . We have to change the room. Breakfast is ok but if you forget to bring ticket not allow to enter.

Great location to bus and subway. Air conditioning was super good even during 35C degree days. Breakfast was best part becuase ot was included in our price. Only thing i can say to staff is to include more toilet paper rolls in rooms.

I stayed here with my family and really enjoyed our stay. The location is great- right near Kwangjung market and walking distance to Insa-dong. The family room for 4 people is a bit small.
