Quiet neighborhood that was easily accessible. Great ping pong table! Plenty of parking. Very nice deck. Minimal furnishings. Two TV for entire house. For the price we had higher expectations for this property! Some things that could have greatly improved our stay:- more seating: for a house that sleeps 15 there was minimal seating in the main living and dining areas. - cleanliness: on arrival lots of dog hair and dried food on furniture and floors, washing machine filled with mold around the rubber. Bed skirt had to be washed once we arrived. The porch was dirty.
