My partner and I had an amazing stay here. It was an incredible find and we are so glad we were able to stay here as the drive to and from the stadium was incredibly easy, the location was really cool, and parking was a breeze. Definitely would stay again as that was an awesome experience.
The original room that I booked has some damage from a recent storm. The owner quickly moved us to another rental with no problem. I do have to say that rental #5 needs more lighting had we ended up staying in that room. Our stay in #1 was good. I do recommend hooks in bathroom for hanging towels and another chair would be great. The room was a good size for 4. There is Saturday night music noise from the restaurant downstairs but we knew and were prepared for it. Our only complaint was the HVAC system. It is not user friendly. It was on AC the night we arrived and due to outside temps we were unable to turn the heat on, so with the draft from the windows, our room was cold. It is a great location and a lovely space. Would definitely stay again and have already recommend to friends. The entire rental property is perfect for large groups
Beautifully appointed boutique property. Huge common area with table seating for 12, couches, arm chairs and a massive TV. Our room had two king sized beds with incredibly comfortable memory foam topped mattresses. Bathroom was also really big with a soaking tub. Owner was very responsive. Access via codes was seamless. 10 minutes from campus on a quaint Main Street with lots of dining options. Very reasonably priced given that the local hotels gouge you on Clemson event weekends. Highly recommend!
The bar below the hotel got a bit noisey at times, although there were brick exposed walls and in the morning some people in the hotel were noisey as well. Overall, it was a beautiful room. I was so tired that I slept well but my daudaudadaudadadaughter
I can't say enough about our stay and Clay, our wonderdul host! He was so kind, friendly, and helpful. I chose Clay's place because it was different from your typical home rental. Our room was wonderfully decorated. The beds were comfortable. We appreciated the water bottles in the mini fridge and our favorite ammeniry was the community area ! The loft is situated about a Mexican Restaurant that was full of life when we returned to our room after the Clemson game. Had it not been for an unexpected family situation that requried us to leave early, we would have gone down to enjoy the atmosphere!
