« Really nice apartment, clean with all the facilities you'd expect. There is no "reception" as it's an apartment, but the host communication was excellent. Everything ran smoothly, when we arrived (earlier than we had predicted), host was already waiting for us, really impressive service. Parking is underground, and we could come and go with our car as needed (we drove from the UK). Location is convenient for tram etc, there are stops really close by (although we didn't use the tram). »

« Excellent place and great experience! The place had everything, the location is great and the communication was quick and prompt. It is very rare for me to be impressed by a place since I travel a lot and have seen many places but this place really impressed me a lot! The attention to detail and care they took to provide amenities (coffee makers, pods, coffee, cooking items, deos, feminine hygiene products etc.) to the guests is really something that’s generous and would make a guest come back...

« We had an excellent stay at Karel and Ava’s. When we arrived, Ava welcomed us showed us around the apartment. It was very clean and updated. It is a perfect location, subway is just around the corner, mall is right across the street grocery store across the street. Takes only a few subway stops before you’re in downtown Prague. We were a family of five staying there. It was super helpful that there was access to a washer inside our apartment. Would definitely recommend it. »

« I would not stay at this property again. I found the property difficult to communicate with as they do not use the Expedia messaging service. They only respond to phone calls. The apartment is quite dingy with worn towels and mats, lots of little things that need repair, fridge is full of frost and old frozen food. This could be a nice rental in an interesting Prague neighborhood if some care was taken with some upkeep. Management that we were able to contact was quite gruff. They did give very...

"Le ménage de la chambre n’etait pas fait régulièrement. Les voussins sont déposés dur une armoire tres poussiéreux. La salle de bain avait plusieurs endroits avec de la moisissure. La moquette de la chambre etait tachée et non aspirer. L'hôtel est tres bruyant, des portes qui claquent toute la nuit. Le personnel n’est pas du tout agreable et pas douriant. Le seul point positif est le petit dejeuner. Je ne le recommande absolument pas et il nr vaut pas pas les etoiles attribuée.. tres déçue. "
