This single story 7 bedroom, 4 bath home is one of the largest and most popular around! At 5500 sq, it's perfect for large or small groups. The 2+ acre yard sports a park on canal frontage. Property sleeps 30 people, great for family reunions, church retreats and small family getaways. New for 2025 is a regulation size pickleball court. Features private swimming pool, basketball, volleyball, canoe, free RV hookups & pool table. The kitchen accommodates 4 dining room tables. 25 car parking. Pet fee $95. Pool closes November 15th and reopens March 8th. We may stop by to collect trash, check pool and/or answer guest questions.

Area activities include Schlitterbahn, Sea World, ZDT, Fiesta Texas, San Marcos Outlet Mall, San Antonio Riverwalk, San Antonio zoo and the Alamo.

Randy was very responsive to messages. House was spacious for our group with plenty of sleeping spaces! Loved the large dining tables so we could all dine together. The pool allowed us to have an day of relaxation after a full day of shopping on Friday.

My family had a blast, plenty of bedrooms for all, kitchen was huge with plenty of room for us to gather together for all meals and games. Randy was an excellent host, and made us feel very welcomed. Definitely would stay here again.

Family gathering

The large ranch property with seven bedrooms gave our family plenty of room to spread out. The immense kitchen and dining area gave us plenty of room to get together. The open outdoor area was also nicely kept and offered additional areas to relax and enjoy ourselves. Would definitely stay here again.

We had 16 people in our group and had so much room! I loved that we could all sit at the table together. We were able to stay up and late and laugh but still not disturb the ones in the bedrooms. Great for groups

The accommodations fit our needs perfectly. We had travelers from all corners of Texas and this home was centrally located. Very spacious for our group. Great time

We stayed here for our annual friends trip to the river. There was tons of room for everyone and a lot of common living areas as well. Randy was very responsive with all of my questions and helped fix some minor issues that day. Our group of 20 didn't feel cramped in this house. The pool and basketball court was an added bonus.

The house was very spacious with plenty of beds for everyone. Also 3 TVs and lots of seating. Big kitchen. Great for a big group. Nice pool. The property manager was prompt attending our needs. The only inaccuracy was saying the property was on the river. There may have used to have been some water but there was no river.

So much room!

Truly exceeded all our expectations. Plenty of room for our family aging from six years to 75! More beds than we really needed, but gave us great options to choose from.Stocked with plenty of supplies, like towels, toilet paper, dishes, utensils, and cooking pans. When we told Randy there were no hairdryers on the property, he immediately went and supplied us with enough for each bathroom. He made sure everything was working well and checked on us to see if there was anything else we needed. Wonderful host! Hope to return again next fall.

Excellent home, comfortable beds, and amazing owner!

We had lots of questions, and Randy answered all of them within minutes. Even when the oven went out, Randy jumped over to see if he could help fix it. When he discovered it was beyond fixing- we had a brand new oven within the hour. The home fit our family of 14 comfortably (with room to spare) and the beds were behind comfortable. The house was great, the host was even better and we had the best time. If you’re thinking about Seguin, this house is a must!

We would go back

With 16 people and a variety of ages, this house was perfect. One story, spread of with plenty of bedrooms and several living area. Kitchen and Dining rooms were huge. Several people could cook at the same time without running into each other and we all got to eat together in the same room. Coming in August in the heat, the canal was dry but they had a pool and you could walk to the river and swim or canoe. We used the volleyball and baseball courts, too.

Sooo Much To Do! Five Stars is not Enough!

If you have an active group / family, you will NOT find a better place to vacation! We played volleyball, pickleball, basketball, fished, canoed and swam. We made smores in the firepit, played cards and dominoes inside at the amazing tables that had plenty of room for our 18 person group and the patio tables that could host more people that I could count! And the patio and yard lite up at night was a favorite of mine. There are two spacious living areas, one with a pool table that ended up being a favorite when we needed to cool down. There were two refrigerators, so we used one for food and one for drinks. Worked perfect for us. There was so much land around, we never felt like there were neighbors watching us. The home was very clean and the Kitchen had room for all the cooks to help!

Mom's 70th

It was perfect for our family. Gave us the space we needed to celebrate our wonderful mother for her 70th birthday. We are a large family and this place had everything we needed right down to fishing in the river. There was plenty to keep everyone and the kids busy the whole weekend. We were even able to take family photos out in the yard. The kitchen was very spacious as well and my mother was able to do what she loves, to cook and teach the grandkids some of her recepies! This place provided us with the perfect opportunity to bond as a family, something we do not do often enough. Thank you for letting us stay at this great property and we would do it again next year if it was available in June!
