Live like a local in our private rental home and hot tub in this quiet West Sedona AZ neighborhood. This family-friendly home hosts up to 6 people. Enjoy the spa in a large backyard & BBQ on the big front deck with red rock sunset views. It's a short walks to trails and quick drives to all other Sedona sites. Our guests especially like our red rock desert views of Sedona, our spacious bedrooms, large deck and our backyard hot tub. The house is decorated with bright cheerful paintings, many created by and for sale by the host, Tiffany. The house is set up a half floor from the ground, another unique feature which helps keep our home freer of desert dust and provides better views. (Must be able to climb short set of stairs, pictured with Deck.) We aim to provide everything you may need and more for your stay, so it feels like your home away from home. Our comfy plush couch is a great place to relax and enjoy some entertainment on the TV, either streaming from our Apple TV or watching cable. It’s a lovely place to relax with the family, enjoy the hot tub, or relax on the deck and enjoy the night sky. Very peaceful, private and comfortable. There were a few games in the living room and we enjoyed the tiny putting green! The kitchen was graciously stocked with coffee and popcorn. Worth the price and a nice experience with the host. We spent 4 nights and found that all our needs were met. Kitchen was dated but had all cookware and utensils available for nearly any meal you might create. The grill was great for our steaks the first night. The hot tub was easy to access and well maintained. Grocery store is within a few minutes drive and access to downtown Sedona as well as to nearby rec areas was easy by car. The head to one walking trail was .25 mile away with a lovely hike into the red rocks to watch the sunset. There was plenty of room for a whole family or more people to join for those who are looking for larger spaces (way too much room for just the two of us!) ##### Scott H.
