The expansive, open living space features an air hockey table and plenty of seating for everyone. Step outside to the wrap-around deck, complete with a BBQ, outdoor seating, and a dining area, offering incredible views of the surrounding landscape. The master bedroom includes a king bed, private ensuite bath, and backyard access, providing a peaceful retreat. A second king bedroom shares a full bathroom with the upper level, adding convenience for larger groups. The home also includes a washer and dryer for your convenience. Once confirmed and before check-in, guests must also sign a Rental Agreement agreeing and acknowledging to: \-Abide by our rental terms and conditions. \-Provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. \-That we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $35, paid via TRUVI. \-The waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay. Check in and Check Out: Check In time is 4 PM AZ Time Check Out time is 10 AM AZ Time Wish you booked more nights? You can ask to add an additional day at any time and we are happy to extend your reservation if there is not a booking immediately following your stay! This fee is only assessed for early check ins or late check outs that did not contact us and did not receive an approval message via their booking channel. We are not responsible for forgotten items. Quiet Hours: Local quiet hours are from 9 p.m. through 9 a.m. and are strictly enforced by the City. Please ensure you have music and other noise turned down during those times. Dark Sky Ordinance: Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside. Fire Rings: Fires are not allowed May 1 - October 1\. We also require you to check the Local Fire Ban restrictions in effect before utilizing any outside fire rings available at a property. We reserve the right to request no fires at any time. Local Wildlife: The local wildlife includes deer, skunk, bobcats, and javelina. Please do not try to feed or approach the animals. City Unpermitted Uses: City law disallows this home for being used for events, parties or large gatherings. Please be respectful of our home and do not rearrange furniture or unplug any home features / electronics. We also ask that you keep muddy shoes and mountain bikes outside of the home.
