"The property is in a great location, close to the transit MRT, and the China Town with many interesting restaurants around it. The staff put in extra effort to fix a laundry billing issue and made us happy. When we had to wait longer period after checkin to go to airport, we were provided a temporary room for taking shower etc. The hospitality that was provided to us was outstanding and each staff member offered superior service. The hotel is spotless and everyone so pleasant. Well done to whoever is managing this crew of staff members"
