The main floor has one bedroom and a full bath. The 2nd floor also has one bedroom and a bathroom. The basement has an additional sitting area with a pull-out sofa, along with a bunkroom, half bath, and laundry. The Sebago town beach is just 4 miles away. Douglas Mountain is less than a mile away. Smaller than anticipated inside and out (firepit much closer to the house than pictured, common area is smaller and no working light in childs secret cubby), upstairs toilet had a broken handle and no light in upstairs shower. Warning: downstairs tub is extremely slippery and doesn't have grab bars to assist getting in/out. My sister-in-law fell and broke 5-ribs. We had to leave a day early for medical reasons. An offer of a 1 day refund due to their negligence would have been nice but no communication after I notified Eric of the incident. ##### Colleen F. We had enough space to all stay comfortably, enough bathrooms, and everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time away. The view was phenomenal and we loved our nightly fires. One thing we had wished we knew before hand is that the air conditioning was only for the lower level. We didn’t realize that and the two main floors did not have any air conditioning and was way to hot for comfort.
