"Window darkening drapes from the 1970’s, rod hooks were broken so the drapes didn’t close all the way. Box air conditioner light “replace filter” was on…wondering for how long? "The cottage was exactly what we needed for a quick trip to visit family at the Jersey shore. The location is on the quiet bay side, but within walking distance to shops, food and the boardwalk. It was off season, so parking was not an issue. It was clean and cozy with comfortable beds, linens, and towels. Shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, and coffee all provided and a nice touch. The only negative would be the lack of a washer/dryer as there is no space for them, but not a deal breaker for us...
