This freestanding cottage has two bedrooms, two baths, and a loft that can be used for a third bedroom. Enjoy beautiful fairway views and Seabrook's unspoiled beach, only 600 yards away. The cottage features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room, four flatscreen TVs, and a deck. Stay connected during your vacation with free WiFi. Guests of Seabrook Island may enjoy a remarkable variety of amenities including two private golf courses, a tennis center, and fine dining. Also available to guests of the island is Seabrook's Equestrian Center and miles of riding trails through the island and on the beach. A Seabrook Island Amenity Card is available with this property for a daily fee, providing access to your entire party to a range of resort amenities, some of which may have additional charges. Fees are lower during the off-season (Nov-Feb). When you book a reservation with us, we will send you the information on how to obtain the card, as it is purchased directly through Seabrook Island. The property is in a great location to the beach and convenient to all parts of the island! The house was simple but had what we needed and accommodated our family of 5\. It did feel kind of dirty(old furniture/pillows), our sheets felt sandy on the night we arrived, there was a roof leak 2 nights when it rained, we had to buy batteries for dead remotes, the can opener was broken, the outdoor sand shower didn’t work(which would have been nice to have to keep the inside cleaner) and you have to bring all your own bikes, sand toys, chairs, etc. whereas most of the rentals on the island provide some of those basics. Nonetheless, our family had a great week in Seabrook. ##### Abby P.
