"Great: free bike hire, this was just super and we used them every day! Not-so great: free parking is public parking and not just for the apartments so on a busy weekend you might not get a space. Rubbish - you must take every piece of rubbish out of the apartment to the local bins. If you are mobility impaired this could be a challenge."

"Perhaps this would be a better ratingif it was presented differently, but expectations significantly exceeded reality. Bring your own toilet paper, shampoo, soap, towels, and bed linens = no kidding. If not, you will be disappointed. No Wifi, one outlet in the whole room. The reservation said 6 beds, and it was actually 2 with a couch pull out. The pictures look alot better than the grounds."

"In a room with my family, 3 childeren. In front of music enertainment until late in the night!!! 5 nights bad/ No sleep, poor beds, very simple room, huge price / quality difference. You can follow the movie of the neighbours TV!! And everything else!! Horrible. Reception promises but do not deliver. Never ever will I visit Pian Dei Mucini resort again. A big NO GO AGAIN Only the pool is very nice "
