Beautiful hotel right in the historic area. The staff was amazing-friendly, very helpful, and fun to talk with. We had a very good meal in the hotel restaurant too.

They didn't clean my room (only found out at the end of the day, on my return). The bar and restaurant were closed on the the two nights that I was there, and was the main reason I had booked that hotel to begin with. The breakfast food was very mediocre, despite all of the rave reviews. Also, I had forgotten to give my $10.00 voucher with my bill. Upon remembering, about 5 minutes later, they were not so willing to accept it (I didn't want to push it, so came back the following day for another lousy breakfast)

This hotel is lovely. The lobby is beautiful and comfortable for sitting and having a cup of coffee. The hotel is conveniently located to the riverfront and to a free city shuttle bus that can take one to all the famous city squares. The staff at the front desk were all cheery and polite.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and on an amazing location. The staff at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful. The dining room was fabulous and we ate there almost every day. The only complaint was the housekeeping. It was very poorly done. The beds were made in a sloppy manner. Sometimes, glasses and cups were left and not replaced. Every day, we had to go and ask for coffee pods and milk which was supposed to be complimentary. In such a nice hotel, it is a shame. The first day itself we complained downstairs at the reception but nothing changed during our stay. Thank goodness the towels were changed and we were given shower gel!

According to staff, this hotel was renovated in 2015. This is surprising because it is immaculate. Great location with everything in walking distance!

The staff were very friendly and nothing was a problem,from the front desk and the valets to the waitstaff in the in-house restaurant. Service with a smile all around. Bath sheets,not dinky little bath towels. And very clean. And would recommend the in-house restaurant,St. Neos. Food well prepared,again spotless.

The Drayton would smell of musty stale sewer starting in the evening until about noon the next day. The staff pretended like they had no idea what we were talking about. I guess they had been instructed to gaslight the guests, because there is no way they didn't know. Everything else about our stay was great.

Loved this hotel! The staff was kind and helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious. Nothing negative to say. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting beautiful Savannah.

The best paint.
This is a wonderful hotel. One thing I noticed is the paint in the rooms is absolutely perfect. So much so I actually noticed! Who notices paint? Great ice cubes, nice people, great mattress, just a really nice experience for our 50th elopement anniversary.

We arrived a few hours before check in and our room was ready which was so wonderful after traveling. It was very noisy at night I could hear doors banging above my room. There was a lot of traffic. The free breakfast was delicious. The staff was super friendly.

We really liked the complimentary breakfast and $10/day food & beverage credit…we used it at their all day coffee bar. Definitely in the middle of everything and super short walk to main shopping and restaurant street. Very clean and chill vibe utilizing an historical building like most of Savannah. It’s really nice to see the architectural preservation. The staff was very kind, courteous, helpful and friendly. The only downside was that it was the first NFL game of the season on TV and the hotel lost its contract with NBC, ESPN, peacock and Hulu?

This is a wonder property. At check in they offered us a glass of champagne while the porters handled our luggage. The breakfast was amazing and the service was top notch. The room was a little small but very clean and quaint. This property is in a great location walkable to all the square and the river walk.

Beautiful hotel that appears to have been recently renovated. I could not have asked for anything more for our recent stay in Savannah. I found that it was walkable to nearly everything. I enjoyed the breakfast at St. Neo’s each day. Staff was super kind and helpful. I have already recommended it to others.

Lovely Hotel
We very much enjoyed our stay at the Drayton. The hotel had it all! Rooftop bar, free coffee bar, free full breakfast, cocktail lounge with a musician, seafood restaurant and great location. We were within walking distance to several squares including fountain in Forsyth Square. The other direction took us along River Street District. The beds were super comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
