Be in awe of this beautifully restored Carriage House as you walk up the short flight of stairs to the open and airy living area. This spacious apartment is located on the second floor and boasts with light, only steps away from Calhoun Square and one block from the city's largest green space, Forsyth Park.

Furnished with modern accents, inviting white shiplap from ceiling to floor, and sliding barn doors, this unit is ideal for the distinguished traveler. The living space offers a full-size sleeper sofa, a high-top table perfect for enjoying a morning cup of joe, and full size kitchen for all of your needs.

The bedroom features a Queen size bed, with en-suite bathroom, off of the main living space. The bathroom offers a spacious standing shower, and large vanity with plenty of storage.

Just a block away from the Fountain at Forsyth Park, this gorgeous carriage house is also a short walk from other Savannah attractions, such as: Mrs. Wilkes Dining Room, shopSCAD, and Alex Raskin Antiques. Head North towards the river for a romantic promenade through the squares. Be sure to stop at our favorite local spots along the way, including: Adam Turoni Chocolates, Collins Quarter, and The Paris Market.

Parking for this home is on-street and metered, which is enforced by the City of Savannah from Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Guests may conveniently pay using the ParkSavannah app, feed the meter or parking kiosks directly, or park on a nearby non-metered street. Please take note of posted Sweep Zone signs when parking on the street.

Great location

Walkable to all restaurants and the Savannah River, super close to Forsyth Park. Suggestions for 5 stars: The mattress was a bit too soft for our preference. The metal bed frame squeaked with the slightest movement and probably just needs some tightening at the screws. Also, you can't turn the bathroom fan off. It came on after being turned off after about a minute which created some excessive noise while trying to sleep. I get that Savannah is humid but there was also a dehumidifier that we left running 24/7 as requested.

Everything was PERFECT

I was just in town for a long weekend solo getaway. This place was perfectly suited for my needs- clean, comfortable as convenient to literally EVERYWHERE I needed to go. There’s not an outdoor space, but there is a lovely park just half a block away to enjoy your morning coffee. Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance and the riverfront is less than a twenty minute walk away. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again either by myself or with my wife along also.

Cute little place in Savannah

The property is in a nice area not far from Forsyth Park. There is street parking there and we never had a problem finding a spot near our place The space is smaller than it appears in the photos, you can fit 3 people but not really 4. It was comfortable and clean. Would stay there again!

Just Because we Could

On our way home to New Orleans from NC beaches and stopped in Savannah just for the fun of it. No expectations. The Carriage House was perfect. Clean to the touch and clean visually. Comfortable bed with crisp white linens. We didn’t cook, but could have. Parking was EZ with parking App and always felt safe. Smooth owner rep liaison. Would book it again.

Worth Price - Great Location

Walking distance to many places. Easy access and parking. Download Park Savannah app. Bring slippers - two rugs need cleaned but otherwise a really nice place to stay. Would stay again.

A few issues, but overall good.

The place was as described, but we did not relized it was up a long flight of stairs. The small couch is cute but is not made for relaxing very long. We did had an issue with the bedding, but it was corrected. We never could get the wifi to work, so we just tethered off of our phones for work during our stay.

Cutest and cozy in great location

This place is just what the pics show. However, the hospitality of the place far exceeded our expectations. We were able to leave our bags at the office of Lucky Savannah until check-in so that we had freedom to roam and play all afternoon. Once inside the cozy apartment, we enjoyed cold water from the Brita pitcher. Also the bed linens were very high quality. And the sleeper sofa was more comfortable than most. When we called after hours to request more blankets for the sleeper sofa they brought them within an hour. All emails were timely and very friendly. Staying in this quaint and convenient apartment only added to our enjoyment of enjoying historic Savannah.

Awesome little place and location!

Property was exactly as described and the location was awesome! Was small but we expected that and was perfect for the three of us. So close to Forsyth Park, Jones St, Calhoun Square and 432 Abercorn St. house. We were able to walk everywhere! Only one negative thing, the property right next door was all boarded up and damaged so it lost a little curb appeal. Other than that couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay for our weekend!

Perfect weekend getaway

Everything was seamless as well as above and beyond our expectations! I initially rented a one unit apartment and changed to this apartment when my sister and husband decided to join me. My only regret is that I didn’t plan to stay longer!! I could not have dreamed of a better location or a more comfortable stay

Nice carriage house

Our favorite spot in the historic district. We enjoy the 3/4 mile walk through the historic district and small quaint parks to get to the river front and City Market. Comfortable, clean, and great location. This small 1 bedroom carriage house was just right for our 3 day stay. No view from the apartment, but we only used it to sleep and rest from our walks to the shopping and eating at the river and our walks in Forsyth Park under the oaks and around the fountain.

Overall pretty good

Place was clean and location was pretty good. It was small but sufficient enough for the 2 of us. The light coming in from street lamps at night was brutal. We had to hang clothes on hangers from blinds to keep it out. A/C units did not work properly. They did have a very loud portable unit that helped.
