Large, Stylish Two-Story Loft Overlooking Broughton Street by Lucky Savannah

Overlooking Broughton Street, dating back to 1870, this renovate two story urban loft is full of character and located in the heart of it all only steps from shopping, restaurants and nightlife.

Exposed brick, original hardwood flooring, and natural light really make this space come to life.The open concept floor plan is perfect for entertaining and conversing with guests.The kitchen is fitted with stainless steel appliances, polished marble counter tops, and a large island that overlooks the living space. Just to the side, a large dining room table ideal for serving those home cooked meals. The living room features a large sectional, and an impressive smart flat screen television. Gather around for a night in, or for some fun games. The primary bedroom can also be found on this floor, with a king size bed, and an en suite bathroom that connects to the living room.

Upstairs, two additional bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a reading nook. The second bedroom offers a king size bed, that can comfortably sleep two guests, while across the hall you can find two-double beds perfect for four. A top of the stairs, take advantage of a great spot to people watch with a morning cup of coffee, or read your favorite book. Down the hall, a power room, and an additional full-size bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower.

Heading out on the town? Check out Alley Cat Lounge beneath your building; a lively, ambient basement bar serving over 150 classic and original cocktails made from fresh ingredients, house infusions and over 500 spirits.

Lucky Savannah = Three-ring Circus

Be careful renting from Lucky Savannah. Easily the worst property rental company I've encountered. Strike 1 - When we arrived we walked in to razor blades on the floor, fast food wrappers on the ground and table, furniture pushed to the center of the room, and music playing. The property was being painted. Obviously a mistake and lack of communication but not the end of the world. I called Lucky Savannah and spoke to an agent. She told me she would find us another property and call me back. Strike 2 - Understanding the agent had to find us a property, I fully understand why it took a bit to call us back. We were sent to a house in a different section of town. When we walked in the place wasn’t cleaned! They offered to send a cleaning crew but by this time it was now almost 9am, dark, and way past my young child’s bedtime. Strike 3 - We finally got put into a property that was clean and we were able to check in. We missed our dinner rez so I had to run to a grocery store so we could eat. Strike 4 - I was told somebody would call me in the morning so we changed our plans and stayed close to the house not knowing if we'd have out move out again. Nobody called. I called at 330pm and finally got a manager. Strike 5 - They ruined two days of our trip (and put us in a part of town we didnt want) so I asked to be compensated for two days. The manager told me they would comp 1 day or I could leave. What could I do I took the deal but never again Lucky S!

Great place, NO parking

We all loved the place, but description with initially finding it should be better since it is fairly hidden off of an alley and GPS does not work to it. Also, site says no designated parking, but says there are parking garages and metered parking, but reality during summer is there are NO SITES AVAILABLE, and garages CHARGE $5.00/ hour. We were fortunate to have had one of us at a nearby RV park who let 2 of our friends keep their cars at their site, otherwise we would have been totally screwed. Feel it was lying by omission of that info and we felt scammed. The actual indoors place and location are wonderful though!

Better than expected!!

We stayed for my bachelorette party and this place exceeded all expectations! The pictures don’t do it justice, it is well kept and a HUGE space for your party to all enjoy. The location is amazing, we didn’t have to uber anywhere.

Loved this property. Perfect for a girls or friends group trip. Location could not be better, it was right in the middle of everything and we didn’t need to take an Uber at all, except to and from the airport. Super cute and fun atmosphere as well!

Amazing time!

The loft was beautiful! It was clean, airy, and had plenty of room for myself and 7 friends. The only thing I will say is that the entrance to the vbro is in an alley way that was pretty dark at night and there is a lot of noise when the bar next door closes and the walls are very thin. If you can get past those 2 things it’s a great place to stay! Everything was within walking distance.

Great stay for a bachelorette party

This location was perfect for our bachelorette party. The kitchen was perfect for preparing meals and the central location was unbeatable for daily activities and restaurants. Parking at the nearby garage was easy and the space felt very safe. The bar next door actually gave us a $50 gift card. There is some noise that bleeds in from the coffee shop downstairs but this isn't an issue. It didn't wake us up and it doesn't play at night. The street noise was loud with cars in one of the bedrooms so that is something to consider if you are thinking of staying with small children, but wasn't an issue for our group.

Savannah NYE Fun

Great location- great vibe and industrial feel with great windows and bathrooms! The whole building next door is under construction and there is building noise. 1 dish towel in whole kitchen for 4 day stay, not desirable. One roll of papertowels- not desirable. One teeny bar soap for each shower. I think this listing says sleeps up to 8, do not see how that would be possible. 2 full beds in one room, 2 other king bedrooms. 6 would be max on my opinion. Lucky Savannah was very responsive and awesome to work with! Enjoy Broughton-) dont for get your soap on a rope😜

Awesome location and home was very comfortable

We really enjoyed renting this property. The location was amazing – close to everything in Savannah. It was very well appointed, included all necessary items, such as shampoo, towels, housewares, comfortable bedding, etc. However, the shower curtains should have either been re-washed or replaced because they were stained and slightly moldy. This did not affect our stay, but was noticeable and would have been easily corrected.

Bachelorette Weekend

We arrived to the rental property at 4:30 for check-in and had no running water. We contacted Lucky Savannah and we were told someone was coming out to check out the issue but that if it wasn’t resolved we would have to be relocated. This fiasco went on for 4 hours as we didn’t get running water back until 8:30pm. The communication from Lucky Savannah to us was awful. We missed dinner plans, couldn’t unpack our cars and we were not being given an answer on whether it was fixable or if we were being relocated. We constantly had to call the office to follow up with the status on maintenance because although they stated we’d be getting updates, we received none. So we were stuck in a house that we couldn’t use the facilities and they were in no hurry whatsoever. We were woken up each morning by construction going on in the building below us. (Drilling, metal banging around and building shaking, etc) Never was it communicated to us that there would be construction going on in the building, we couldn’t have slept in if we wanted to. So although the location was awesome and the loft was beautiful, we lost out on sleep and plans that we paid for, for their lack of communication and professionalism.

Labor Day in Savannah

What a beautiful place to stay. Super clean with all the amenities ! This was our first time staying here and we’ll definitely be back. The location was so convenient. We parked our car in the covered garage and walked everywhere the entire weekend. Lots of shopping..coffee shops…restaurants along Broughton and River Street is a (very) short walk away. The decor was beautiful with many thoughtful touches added.

Beautiful property, perfect location!

This property really exceeded our expectations! Beautiful, well kept, clean and gorgeous large windows overlooking the heart of Savannahs historic district. The design was a beautiful modern loft style, that still maintained the integrity of the buildings historic features. Entertainment, restaurants and activities are all within walking distance of this property which was fantastic. We had such a great time and would highly recommend!

Could walk everywhere!!!

We loved the location…close to EVERYTHING we wanted to do so we could walk everywhere (except st bonaventure!). The floor in the kitchen area was incredibly sticky and trash was left upstairs so the cleaning service could have done a better job.
