Furnished Executive Rental in Victorian District!

  • 3 bedroom 2 bathroom upstairs apartment in downtown Savannah. Historic home near Forsyth Park. Victorian District, walking distance to the main downtown grocery store (Kroger with Starbucks) as well as Mate Factor coffee shop.

    Park on the non-metered public street or off-street behind the house in private parking area.

    Please note that bookings are non-refundable so do NOT use instant book to reserve this apartment if you are not sure yet. Once booked you may not cancel for a full refund but we offer insurance options that can be added on to cover many common reasons for needing to cancel.

    Furnished rental with utilities included in advertised rates. If you are a tourist coming for a short stay please keep in mind this address is just outside of the typical tourist area. Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Your cleaning fee covers all linens handling/laundry and sanitizing the bathrooms. No need to strip beds. Please clean up after any unusual messes (food spills etc) before your leave
Wash dishes after cooking. You may leave clean dishes out for us to put away. Do not leave dirty dishes please.
Gather up your trash. If you have excess trash, put it in the green plastic City trash carts on wheels in the alley behind the house (by the parking area)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
