Great value for a budget hotel. Comfortable room, excellent staff. We've been staying there occasionally for quite a few years and keep returning. Property is beginning to look a little tired, but not an issue really.

Great place to stay for the night to rest from our long trip. We stayed with our dog, and had no problems at all. Very comfortable bed, we had a great night! Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good. Easy parking with access to both front and back doors. The hotel had everything we needed, we would definitely stay again.

The employee working at the front desk was excellent, very friendly, efficient and she even told me to leave my motorcycle under the covered area at the front door. Room was very spacious and clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. The only thing to improve would be the breakfast area. It's very small and it gets crowded with 6 people in it! The breakfast staff was very useful and pleasant as well. Overall, great stay and highly recommend this location.

Pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room. The staff were absolutely charming and helpful. Breakfast was great with many choices, from fresh fruit, hot and cold cereals, waffles, eggs, sausage, muffins, and so on. There is plenty of parking out front and it's an easy location to find. It is close to the boardwalk and we enjoyed long walks in lovely weather.

This is a very basic lodging. The two story building does not have an elevator so if you have any mobility issues then you will need to be on the ground level. I was unaware of this at time of booking but the check-in person was able to change the room for me. Housekeeping did not come to the room so beds were unmade, etc. The bed was ok, but pillows were lumpy things. Location was good. They apparently accept dogs, there were a lot. This place rates a "meh".
