Booked the hotel specifically for the pool so the baseball team could enjoy, pool was under construction no notices were put up, sites did not declare this. Ice machines broken near room Blinds let in all the light Not worth what was spent, and feel a refund should be given

Room not clean! Broken phone, chair collapsed under me and they didn't replace. 2 coffee pots leaked all over counter. Bed too hard so used 2nd bed. I could hear critters inside walls chewing and squeaking. Staff very pleasant however. I won't be returning here at all unless its fixed up and under new management.

Booked a few days here being told there was a pool and hot tub with the price of the room, get there and their both under "maintenence" for the entire trip.

Negative Start - Positive Finish!
Started off disappointed, as I was given a room that was not what I booked. I had booked a Queen bed, but was given a room with two double beds. This room was disgustingly dirty..even pee around the toilet. This story ends well, as the front desk staff apologized and gave me an upgrade to a King suite, which I truly appreciated. It was very clean and comfortable.

Please update this room.
The staff was amazing. The room definitely needs an update. The bathroom was too small especially the sink area. No place to set things on. The beds we’re comfortable. The TV wouldn’t shut off. Had to unplug it.
