Dont really accommodate lifted trucks. Other than that, the stay was pleasant. Oh. The cofee selection is horrendous innthe room. Please put McDonald's or Tim's pods.

The property itself is in a beautiful location. The parking is a little sketchy but that is out of their control. Breakfast in the restaurant looking out over the river in the morning is pretty awesome!

Online the room seemed very nice. In person was a different story. The room stunk like a musty old smell. Terrible view and the front staff were nit the nicest and very slow. Would never stay here again.

The rooms in our west wing have an obstructed view as all the windows are placed higher on the walls. Your comments will be addressed with our Department Managers so the may be addressed.

Room was definitely dated but clean. Bed was comfortable and a huge shower! Downside only 1 towel for 2 guests. Did mention to the front desk on checkout and they said booking was only for 1 person. Very good location close to downtown and river area. Good value!

Our room had several leaky drips from the ceiling. Therefore the carpet was also wet. We also woke up early because of our sore necks and backs from the uncomfortable pillows and mattress. The pool and hot tub were dirty and there were no towels for anyone to use in the pool area.

Stayed there with my family for one night. The room we were given was at the very far end of the property so we got our exercise going there. That end of the property had a very musty/mouldy smell and I asked for a different room but they were completely booked. We stayed and I helped the smell in our room with some oils but I was stuffed up from it in the morning. We had to get a maintenance man in to get the toilet unplugged. The fan in the bathroom was so loud you could barely talk over it. On the plus side… The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable and clean and it was very nicely layed out. The hot tub was fantastic!! Staff was very pleasant and nice to deal with. All in all we probably will not stay there again as the extra costs that were tacked on didn’t make it a savings from the other hotels that had the same conveniences. Extra 15$ for parking over night. But parking was very secure given the area. No breakfast or even coffee in the lobby. The value for the dollar was not as it seemed.

Front Desk Staff shook down my girlfriend for an extra $60 Expedia Booking Fee. They are crooks. AVOID AT ALL COST UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY THE SAME.

I'm sorry for any misunderstanding, but the extra amount was pre authorization on a credit card at check in. This is a security deposit which is applied to all rooms. As well you extended your stay for 2 nights, and one of those nights has not been paid.
