Châteaux à Sarnia

« Didn't stay there. Websight said vacancies, i booked. When i got there they said they were full. They shuffled me off to their friends motel that i had stayed at before and did want to stay again because of mould. Exhausted, I stayed. Got sick, went to hospital. All arrangements between friends carried out in language i did not know. I felt ' managed' and basicaly an inconvenience to these men. »

« Nous avons du changer de chambre car la première, il n'y avait pas une direction ou nous regardions qu'il n'y avait pas de problème quelconque soit la climatisation, les toilettes qui ne flushait pas, la ch.de bain très sales, manque de serviettes, douche dégeu...ET je m'arrête. Le deuxième soir, on a exigé une autre chambre meilleure...Sinon, c'était le remboursement...On nous a enfin donné une chambre très potable qui nous a satisfaits pas mal bien...Donc, ma cote est de 1 étoile pour les...

« Super cute house in a very quiet neighborhood with access to everything! The whole house is very stocked but the kitchen is a FULL kitchen! No need to being anything from home!!! Very clean! The hosts were very accommodating! We loved staying here and would definitely come back! Thank you Bill & Ashley for sharing your home with us! Loved every bit of it, especially the chickens!!!!! »

« The property needs an update, the room needs a thorough cleaning and repairs. Some attempts have been attempted but either not completed or not successful at the moment. There should be new bed linens and towels. The bed pillows should also be cleaned or replaced as there was an odor. My assessment is that the property has seen better days and would be better served if they were more focused on improving the quality and appearance and then focusing more attention on the customer satisfaction. »
