If this is your first trip to Costa Rica and you would like every detail arraigned or if you have been coming to Costa Rica for years and want a home base for your adventures in the Guanacaste region, this two-bedroom, two-bath condo in the Pacifico luxury resort is ideal.

The condo comes fully equipped with king-sized beds in both bedrooms. Four on-site pools and hot tub.

Perfect location to walk to everything. Restaurants, bars, rental car agency, coffee shops, pharmacy and two grocery stores are within a five-minute walk. Beach is accessible by a ten-minute walk or by complementary shuttle to the Pacifico Beach Club.*

Gated community with 24-hour guards. Four pools on site with bar and restaurant service. There are two more infinity pools at the Pacifico Beach Club.* Complimentary shuttle service available to the Pacifico Beach Club.

Water sports, adventure tours, deep sea fishing, golfing, snorkeling, zip lining and countless other activities can be booked and are available nearby.

Importantly, our property is managed on-site, and includes concierge services to book excursions, schedule transportation or address any questions you have.

*Pacifico Beach Club is open for lunch and dinner, but pool use requires fee for chair and towel rental ($25 per day or $70 per week) payable directly to the Beach Club.

Wonderful place

Everything was wonderful… juste little bit things about checking because I did not receive the right code for the door… but was fixed quickly… the place was quiet, very clean, and easy to walk to the pools and the grocery store… the beach is approximately 10 min walk and we can get the shuttle… the beach club was amazing to… nice place…

Our host was accessible and extremely helpful. The team he had help support our stay was excellent and quick to help when needed. The condo was beautiful and the amenity were pristine. Love how close everything was; such as groceries, restaurants and the beach. Would definitely return and I’ve already shared the location with others.

In person option was provided for check-in and since a door code wasn’t sent, we showed up and there was no record of our reservation (although the person helping us was great, it didn’t start off well). The toilets were the most disgusting I’ve ever seen in a hotel or rental - it’s like they’d never been cleaned. There were no beach/pool towels and no printed guidebook - when I found one online, there was no map of the huge complex. TV didn’t work - couldn’t be turned off and had to be unplugged. Shower hot water setting was reversed and someone had to come in since running it, even in the “correct” setting, took forever. Lastly - the management company emailed over a dozen times. Best was went they sent the guidebook I already found online on the last evening of our stay. Overall, very disappointing in most aspects

Pacifico Condo

Our stay in the condo was great! The place was very clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked with the amenities we needed. The location was a convenient walk to the grocery store and restaurants as well as the pools. We had a little trouble with one showers, but the property management company addressed and corrected the issue promptly. Having the extra fans in the bedrooms helped, as the airflow from the air conditioner didn't cover those rooms very well.

Very clean, spacious unit with great condo amenities

The unit is very clean, and well stocked with all items that you need for your stay. The air conditioning works wonderfully and both bedrooms have a ceiling fan to stay comfortable. King beds in both bedrooms is a nice bonus! Water pressure in the front bathroom and kitchen is very weak, but we dealt with it. The master bathroom has good water pressure, but the temperature in the shower is backwards. The internet was reliable and fast! The parking garage is great for your rental car to keep it out of the sun and there's only one flight of stairs to get up to the unit.The Pacifico complex is very safe with gated entry, amazing pools to hang out at, and restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Outside of Pacifico, you have a short walk to everything Playa del Coco has to offer in terms of other restaurants, souvenir shops, and the beach itself.We used the location as a starting point for some day trips, and we were able to go to Rincon de la ieja, Palo Verde, and Playa de Flamingo with drives of about 1 hour each way. General Costa Rica comments: Bring plenty of sunscreen, as the UV is super intense. And be aware that restaurant prices in the tourist areas are similar to prices in the US for standard entrees. With the lodging price more affordable than other locations, it was a bit of a surprise how much groceries and restaurants cost. Also, knowing a bit of basic Spanish is definitely helpful as not every place wants to carry on conversation in English.

Pacifico is an absolutely gorgous property, the area how ever is not as impresive unless you like dry desert like conditions outside of the wet season, and a beach that is meh. I must say that the friendliness of the people almost makes up for it. Its a ways to travel out to see tropical rainforests and white sand beaches but tours are available.

We had a fabulous condo stay in Pacifico gated community. The location was perfect, the condo was clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of beach towels for the pool!

Normally, you can find at least one problem with a rental property but not this time. Everything about this property was amazing! The pool is great, the location is great, the beds are great, the furnishings are great and the owner is great. Hopefully can return in the future.

Nicer than the photos

We had a great stay here. The condo is comfortable and had everything we needed. I think it is even nicer in person than in the photos. Everything was clean. We enjoyed the pools on site and being able to walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. There’s also a shuttle if you prefer.

The perfect getaway

We stayed at the condo for 11 days and it was perfect. The property itself is beautiful. The locations is walking distance to stores, restaurants, bars ect. The condo itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The property management company can assist with tours and even getting a golf cart. Can't wait to go back.

Coco Vacation

Mark, we did love your condo. It's beautiful. Everything was clean except the sectional sofa really needs to be cleaned. In addition, one white kitchen chair seat is really wobbly. Probably just needs tightening. I bought 2 inexpensive wash cloths and left there clean....could use some additional towels. Sorry we used the last of laundry soap due to cleaning towels. Our one friend was sick due to taking a new med that put a big damper on her/our excursions. But, we did make it to Diamante Park! We rented a golf card which was a lifesaver due to the extreme heat. The pools, shops and town, especially great restaurants, were very convenient. We checked off Costa Rica off our bucket list! Thanks so much. Karen

Great location!

There are so many extras included with this rental. Such as coffee, condiments, laundry det, games, books, floats, etc. There are lots of towels and blankets. It has everything you could need. The check in process is very easy. We loved going to the Beach Club everyday! The food there is great! The location is great. So close to many restaurants and grocery stores. It is very quite. We loved having the parking spot next to the stairs. It made it so convenient when coming back with groceries. Parking spot does have a plug for electric golf carts.

It was a short but sweet getaway. The condo was neat and clean. Not much hot water in the master bath shower but Kevin addressed it. The location is very convenient and all of your necessary amenities are close by! Would highly recommend to others!

Great condo in a beautiful complex

This condo had everything we needed for a fun week in Coco. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and supplies, there were plenty of towels, sheets, pillows, etc. we even discovered a pool raft in the closet! The condo complex was extremely clean, well maintained, and beautiful! We spent two days at the pools and ate at the snack bar which had a nice selection of tasty food for breakfast and lunch and was open until 5. Mark the host was quick with communication and the on-site concierge office did their best to keep up with all our questions. We had issues with the door lock twice and both times they were there to fix the problems within minutes. Since we were traveling with a 14 month old, we couldn’t decide on tours very far in advance but we’re able to book one through the concierge and another one through Frank the Tank tours, which I had used on a previous visit to CR. There are two decent grocery stores within short walking distance, the one on the left is more expensive but higher quality fresh produce (we likened it to a Whole Foods) and the one across the Main Street is cheaper. Our last night there we ordered takeout from Numu Taproom near the Special Places office and it was so good! In fact, everywhere we ate was good - lots of healthy food (unless you order like an American and get the burgers and fries!) We took the free shuttle to the Pacifico Beach Club two days and loved it. I’d definitely stay here again!

Fantastic place

This is a very modern condo in a safe and friendly gated community. It provides everything you need—cooking equipment, cooking oil, spicy, salt, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, floats and many more!!!! You don’t need to buy anything else as it even has cling film, pegs and shopping bags. It feels like staying at home but with sunny weather every day. The place is beautiful and spacious. The balcony is huge and we have our breakfast there every morning! People in the community is so friendly and they always smile, talk and help you out. The 4 swimming pools are clean and beautiful. There are always sun lounges available so no need to get up early to reserve one. The condo is only 5-10 minutes walk to Coco beach. There is a nice supermarket next to the Pacifico entrance. We are so pleased that we choose this place and we had a brilliant time there!! Will definitely recommend to everyone.
