Seabreeze Cottage is situated on a quiet road with access to the beach, via a leafy lane, just 200 feet away.

The property, which is accessed via a set of exterior steps, is very well furnished and equipped offering everything we hope you would need to enjoy the perfect holiday. The master bedroom has a King bed (which cannot be separated to make twin beds) and benefits from an en-suite bathroom consisting of a bath with overhead shower, basin and WC. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds which can be joined to make a King bed (this would need to be requested at the time of booking) and the family bathroom has a shower, basin and WC. The sofa in the sitting room can also be made into a bed which allows the property to sleep up to 6 people (bedding for the sofa-bed would need to be requested at the time of booking).

As the property is built up on stilts it benefits from a lovely raised wooden deck area which is reasonably private thanks to the palms trees and shrubs surrounding it. There is off street parking for 1 car (maybe 2 depending on size).

VRC16-000190 - Local City ordinance regulations require a minimum stay of 7 nights. Seabreeze Cottage is situated in a residential area therefore, to ensure the neighbours are not deprived of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property, we ask you to be a considerate by keeping noise to a respectful level at all times.
