PET FRIENDLY: We accept one small pet per reservation, as long as it is used to relieving itself in the appropriate place. There is an additional fee of R$ 200.00, which should be included in the guest count. Important: Dogs that bark or become agitated when left alone should not be left unattended in the apartment. We hope you and your pet enjoy your stay!

The apartment features a suite with a Queen bed and a living room with new, very comfortable sofa bed. The balcony offers an incredible view of the sea, considered the best spot in the city to enjoy the sunset.

We do not provide sheets, towels, or personal items (water, shampoo, etc.), but we offer 4 pillows and 1 comforter. Guests must bring their own bedding: for the Queen bed (40 cm high), we recommend a flat sheet, and for the sofa bed, a Queen or King flat sheet as well.

Don't forget your bath towels, face towels, beach towels, and a beach cover-up to enjoy the shore.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a two-burner electric cooktop, 4 small pots, microwave, coffee maker, and minibar—perfect for preparing quick meals.

The building is located in the best and safest neighborhood in the city, beachfront, with 24-hour reception, convenient check-in with the front desk team, swimming pool, and gym.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment, which includes a bedroom, living room, bathroom, kitchen, and balcony. They can also enjoy all the leisure facilities in the building: a swimming pool with a panoramic view and a gym. The condominium offers outsourced parking with valet service and insurance, which must be paid separately and directly to Orlapark (it is mandatory to leave the keys). Entry and exit are available 24 hours a day.
