PET FRIENDLY: We accept one small pet per reservation, as long as it is used to relieving itself in the proper place. There is an additional fee of R$ 200, which should be included in the number of guests. Important: dogs that bark or get anxious when left alone should not be left by themselves in the apartment. We hope you and your pet enjoy your stay!

The apartment features a suite with a Queen bed and a living room with new, very comfortable sofa bed. The balcony offers an incredible view of the sea, considered the best spot in the city to enjoy the sunset.

We provide sheets for the double bed and 2 towels, pillows, and 1 comforter. We do not provide personal items (water, shampoo, etc.). Guests must bring bed linen for the sofa bed: queen or king sheet, without elastic.

Don't forget to bring your own bath towels, face towels, beach towels, and a beach wrap to enjoy your time by the sea.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner electric cooktop, 4 small pots, microwave, coffee maker, and mini fridge—perfect for preparing quick meals.

The building is located in the best and safest neighborhood in the city, right in front of the sea, with 24-hour reception, easy check-in assisted by the front desk staff, swimming pool, and gym.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment, which includes a bedroom, living room, bathroom, kitchen, and balcony. They can also enjoy all the building's leisure areas: a swimming pool with a panoramic view and a gym. The building has outsourced parking with a valet, is insured, and is paid separately, directly to Orlapark (it is mandatory to leave the keys). Entry and exit are possible 24 hours a day.
