Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

We were never in contact with the host. We ended up getting 3 separate hotel rooms

Oscar never returned my messages, calls. His non response cost us hundreds more. We had to get three hotel rooms for 4 nights. After an investigation VRBO did refund cost of rental...but no comp for our out of pocket cost of hotel rooms...
