« Notre réservation n'avait pas été enregistrée par l'hôtelier ! Nous avons du passer la première nuit dans une autre établissement, meilleur marché mais sans dédommagement, pour la première nuit et avons du revenir au BlueBell pour la deuxième nuit. L'hôtel est très défraichi et la tuyauterie pourrie. Le personnel est gentil, le gars espagnol (le responsable ?) brasse beaucoup d'air et ne semple pas avoir le contrôle (il a ouvert 3 chambres occupées avant de nous ouvrir la bonne !). Le...

« Reception was not staffed and door locked when I arrived but friendly and pleasant receptionist soon arrived. Room was huge and spotless. Strangely the bathroom is open to the sleeping area. WiFi worked in my room even though it is supposedly in communal areas only. Met nice people at the communal breakfast table. Hotel helped with onward travel »
