WE WERE VERY ILL WHEN WE ARRIVED AND THE STAFF WERE MOST HELPFUL IN STORING OUR MEALS OUT AND REHEATING FOR US AS WE COULD BARELY MOVE. BREAKFAST WERE EXCELLENT. I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN.

Perfect location.

I liked this hotel a lot. The location is great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They also spoke english which made things easier for me. I arrived at night and the area was a littlecreepylooking, but when I came out in the morning I found myself in the middle of a bustling shopping area. There were shops and outdoor seating to eat and many venders. I felt very safe in this area and had many places to choose from to eat. The hotel is old and the pictures don't exactly match, but it's clean, it smells clean. My room was freshly painted and looked great in the sunlight. One negative would be that my mattress was lumpy, but I would stay again.

The hotel is in the middle of the city with an easy access to shops, stores and metro, only a couple of minutes from Plaza de Armas. It’s outdated but clean and the stuff was very friendly and caring and let us check in at 11 am instead of 3 pm absolutely free of charge. Our room on the third floor had a great view on a busy city street (which can be a problem at night because it was very noisy). Breakfast was very good as well (omelette, buns, meats and cheese, etc.). Overall the hotel was a great value.

disappointing

very disappointing, we don't recommend it. PRO: location- only during the day. CON: VERYYY old facilities. poor internet connection poor customer service- I was talking to the receptionist and at the back there were 2 other people talking about us (one of us was a spinach speaker so he understood everything). poor facilities- no window or vent in the bathroom, two power outlets for a room of 3!! NO elevator! when you bring luggage up the stairway the way it's set up- it's a shame. cleanliness- it feels like its only superficial cleanings, under the bed, was dirty' the bathroom was full of mold and the smell was horrible. Thank god it was for one night only.

A localização do hotel é ótima por ser perto de tudo, inclusive pontos turísticos, restaurantes, bares, supermercados. As recepcionistas sempre bem atenciosas, prestativas e simpáticas, o que faz todo diferencial. Café da manhã variado e com opções, o quarto bem confortável, o único ponto negativo foi a cama que estava com uma mola com defeito, deixando desnivelada.

A localização do hotel é boa, camas confortáveis e limpas, quartos limpos, ar condicionado funcionando bem, equipe de atendimento muito educada e prestativa e o café da manhã excelente. Não recomendo.

Acabamos nao ficando hospedados por diversas razões. O endereço do site não condiz com a localização do hotel, para acessar o hotel é preciso andar por um calçadão e a entrada fica por dentro de uma galeria onde é necessário pegar um elevador e subir até o 4° andar. No site diz que o hotel tem estacionamento o que não é verdade, o estacionamento não é próprio e o mais próximo fica a três quadras e é preciso pagar uma diaria. As fotos que estão no site do hoteis.com precisam ser revistas porque não se parecem com nada pessoalmente. Fomos embora as 20h30 da noite, praticamente o horario que iamos fazer o checkin. Não recomendo este hotel.

Ótimos

Fica bem no centro, assim temos acesso a muitas lojas e restaurantes de diferentes culturas, o que é muito bom, a recepção bem gentis e ágeis, camas confortaveis e grandes, banheiro grande. O quarto em si ficou um pouco apertado com 3 camas, de inicio ao entrar tem hm cheiro meio forte de algo que parece fumo, e a situação no geral do quarto falta cuidado com pintura, e itens muito antigos, no café falta alguns pães e frutas mas no geral ficamos confortáveis.
