The staff were very friendly and helpful during both check-in and check-out. I realized after we left that I had forgotten my phone charger, and the staff let me back into the room to grab it without any hassle, which I really appreciated. Free parking was also a nice bonus. Unfortunately, the building itself looks like it’s in rough shape, and our room was also showing its age and could use some updating. The air conditioner was positioned right up against one of the beds in our room with two queen beds, which affected the airflow and made it difficult to cool the room evenly. Overall, the friendly staff and free parking were positives, but the condition of the property and room could definitely be improved.

The room was dirty. I asked for an iron, was told I would get one if available, but it never happened. What I did appreciate was the location. The hotel was close and convenient to shopping and restaurants.

We come to Motel 6 because they take pets all of the places around on them or charge way too much money for them to come. All the staff has been so great to us we've been here almost 3 weeks. They never seem to have any ice machine working the laundry not just not work and the grounds out there in the parking lot there's trash glass all over the ground

Entirely adequate for a cheap, quick night's sleep. It was quiet enough, and the bed was satisfactory. Didn't provide towels, only a washcloth. Furniture was minimal and worn. For the price, it provided what was needed, no more.

I think I was a little harsh about giving my rating from Thursday to Friday comparative Friday and Saturday. I know that they allow you to have your pets and that's a wonderful thing because I had my two dogs with me. The staff at the hotel very wonderful people. It does have really good Park parking spaces but the hotel is notn smoking and I will stick to this one they go right out to their car stand by it and smoke a cigarette I know the room say they're non-smoking but I think it would also pertain to the property because I could smell the smoke when there's cigarettes right out the door.

The “blanket” on the bed was just a sheet. My room only had 1 pillow for the bed. There was no do not disturb sign. I work overnights and was worried housekeeping was going to interrupt my sleeping. Every time I left my room, my room keys were de-magnetized; even if I went down the hall. I kept my room keys separated and not near anything but literally had to go to the office multiple times a day to get my keys to work. The room numbers were not easy to figure out and all over the place. Signage for the actual hotel was not obvious or lite up- almost drove past entrance each time. Lots of parking, staff were nice since I had to interact with them often haha. Liked that pets stay free.

Iv'e stayed at this property several times in the past few months. Key issues for me were lack of shampoo and such, my air conditioner did not work. The staff are very friendly, however, more training is needed for the younger staff as they didn't seem to know what they were doing. The days of good customer service seems like a thing of the past. No smiles or engagement.

Positive: front desk check in employee was very nice. Checked out early, will not return: booked two days but left after the first night. Felt unsafe and disrupted all night with the activities of other "guests" like aggressive argument. Parking lot littered with glass near room. Room had a heavy smoke smell and was tidy but not clean. Dead bugs and hair around the room which can happen but added to the overall feeling that things weren't clean.

This is in a good, safe part of Santa Rosa. Grounds are clean and well-maintained. Staff was nice, and for the price it is a good value. Will return, and unless you want a fancy place, it is a great option.

Front desk guy was really fun and welcoming. I travel with dogs so have seen more than my fair share of Motel 6's and do not expect fancy. 1st room we were assigned had one bed still stripped. Replacement room did not have refrigerator or microwave as I'd reserved. It was in poor condition, even for a Motel 6: dirty corners, random smears on walls, etc. Heater worked fine, TV was good. We slept fine. Will not go back.

There was no Ac. Housekeeping was very nice and friendly. Now as far as front desk people they were a little rude especially the manager he gave me a 1 bed with no refrigerator and microwave when he said there be those in the room. My biggest concern is that when management let a person who is not registered or had no ID change my room without asking or getting permission from me to change rooms. He had no right To do that. No ID no rent. When I went to new the new room I wasn't happy cause I had No microwave no ac

The hotel was clean and comfortable, especially for the price. The priority was a bit loud given the proximity to the road and the thin door, but no big deal. There were just a few small things that would have made this a five star review for me! I would have liked to just have shampoo and conditioner, tissues, and a couple of extra pillows. A microwave would have been a big bonus since there was a mini fridge, but I would have expected neither at this price point.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. As soon as I walked into the room, the smell hit me—it reeked of tobacco. It was overwhelming, like someone had been smoking in there for years and no one ever bothered to clean it properly. I don’t know how this room was considered ready for a guest. Definitely would not stay here or recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay.
