The Master bedroom has a King bed with an ensuite. The full master bath has a dual vanity, walk-in shower and separate tub. The second bedroom has a King bed and a private bath with walk -in shower. The bunk area offers two comfortable twin beds. After a long day on the beach or hanging out in the large, heated pool, the large balcony is the perfect spot to dine or just wind down.
Blue Mountain Beach offers an array of activities including bike trails and shopping and is located near Grayton Beach State Park. Other amenities within the common area include an oversized pool, outdoor grills, a children's playground and a boardwalk and pavilion that provides stunning views of neighboring Redfish Lake. Along with all of this comes the luxury of a private beach access for Redfish Village residents.

Perfect!
Really enjoyed this stay. Plenty of activity around but also peaceful. The condo is easily accessible, has a great layout, beautifully decorated and very well stocked and maintained. I definitely would stay here again.

Annual Beach vacation
This property was one of the nicest I’ve stayed at. With 4 kids 10 and under the location of the pool and distance to the beach was perfect. We cooked most of our meals and the condo had everything we needed. Amazing that there were beach chairs and umbrellas as well. We enjoyed eating our meals on the back porch.

Location can’t be beat . . . Redfish Taco, the Creamery for great ice cream, two really good places for breakfast and less than two miles from great seafood and even barbecue!
Parking is convenient and covered. Oh; and the beach is close too.

This is our favorite condo at Redfish, very comfortable and well stocked. Always super clean! The biggest frustration is the check-in process. I got a welcome email with references to March codes when it was November, two different sets of codes, both of which were wrong, it was just very chaotic. I. The upside, the management company was very responsive on the phone and able to track down the correct codes quickly while we were sitting in the parking lot. Just wish it wasn’t such a headache.

Our stay
We love everything about our place. It had all the conveniences and we felt very at home. I had trouble trying to figure out how to lock and unlock the door. Also the parking garage is very dimly lit and unit numbers were hard to see. Thanks for the great vacation.

Getaway made Perfect!
Our family did a last minute getaway to 30A for spring break and booked 30YAY about a week prior to our arrival. I asked a few questions and the responses were quick and clear. I had read reviews about issues with the dryer, we had no problems. The location could not have been better! We used the public beach access and the chairs from the condo! My boys (9 and 5) were obsessed with the bunk beds and the provided stuffies - this truly felt like home away from home! The neighbors were very kind and the community was overall quiet. We can't wait to return! Thank you for hosting our family!

Best Unit in Redfish
We have stayed in many units at Redfish. This one is by far my favorite. It’s a great location in M2 to get to the pool and parking spot. Extremely clean and well maintained. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas for use within the condo. Well stocked kitchen, extra blankets, cozy, thoughtful touches, and comfy beds. If I had to pick something that I feel needed attention it would be to get new pots and pans. Many were very used and scratched pretty badly. I loved the unit and would rent again in a heartbeat. Wonderful stay!

Clean place, good location
The unit was clean and checkin process was easy.
Communication with property manager took a little work. The property requires guests have a wristband to use the pool. But these were not provided. When we asked about them, we were told not to worry about it. The maintenance guy questioned us about our wristbands when we used the pool so that was a little embarrassing.
Other than that, unit was huge and decently comfortable. The sounds on the living room TV was really bad. Internet connection was good. Location is good - close to beach and a few bars/restaurants.

Great Family friendly chill location
This is our first time with this vendor, but second at Red Fish Village in 7 years. Did not disappoint! Walking distance to beach, ice cream, and Red Fish Village own taco place and live music! Also, had a shuttle that was quickly available to take you to the private beach access if needed. The pool was a great size with ample chairs for anyone who wanted to enjoy the Sun or shade. Grills were also available to use poolside with easy access to seating areas. Would definitely use again!!
