No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted. If you rent a golf cart, the golf cart must be gas-powered and will take up your 1 allocated parking space. It is in a great location and close to whatever you’re looking to do whether it’s shopping or going out for dinner, and easy access to the beach. Outside was a different story and one that I realize you have no control over. Because of the construction next door— the ocean view was completely gone by our second day. It smelled clean as soon as we walk in the door. The bed was so comfy, it was like sleeping in a marshmellow. We did not use the kitchen but it was nice and well stocked. The beach was amazing. We liked that it had a private Beach so was not as crowded and we also felt safe in this little town. Be sure to go down to Seaside to shop and try the food trucks.
