At this 3-bedroom condominium located on Scenic Highway 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, that incredible dream comes to vibrant life. With space for 9 people, this laid-back Gulf front oasis has a sun-kissed terrace that overlooks the pristine white sandy beach and the sparkling turquoise waves of the Gulf of Mexico. Tucked into a serene, gated community, and boasting a perfect central location, Sunset Villa gives you effortless access to the beach while also keeping you close to popular Gulf Place for an afternoon or a night out. The main living space at Sunset Villa is bright and open, with large windows and glass doors that frame the breathtaking ocean views and allow the natural Florida sunshine to flood the room with light. One plush sofa and four plush chairs surround a cozy fireplace and a mounted HDTV. If you can tear yourself away from the incredible views, this spot is the perfect place to curl up for a family movie night with a huge bowl of popcorn or perhaps catch an afternoon siesta. Next to the living area is a formal dining table with seating for eight. The kitchen is wide open to the living and dining spaces, allowing for easy socialization with large groups. I would suggest towel hooks in the master bath so that more than 1 towel has a place to be hung. It would also be nice to have a chair or bench in the master bedroom to sit on while tying shoes.
