Cancellation Policy
Full Refunds:
Cancellations must be made by email to Your Friend at the Beach (YFAB).
For stays less than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
For stays longer than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 90 days prior to the check-in date.

Partial Refunds:
Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to the start of the stay, receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the stay are not eligible for any refund.

The property manager did a excellent job making sure everything was perfect, once we arrived we were surprised to see the effort they put in to little details that ensured customer satisfaction such as complimentary beverage, laundry soap and beach towels. We enjoyed the pool and we liked that we could walk out the back of the property and onto a short boardwalk that went straight onto the beach. Since the property has its own section of beach it wasn’t crowded. They provided two nice complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella.The property is gated so it feels secure. We highly recommend and plan to return.

1st July C's Vacation 2025

Very cool and clean property, the only staff member was the swimming pool lady, she was great, funny, and very friendly. We had a great time at the pool and the Beach with an umbrella and two chairs. The condo was clean and nice. The views were breathtaking. Warning, the walkway to the beach can get very, very hot for your feet, and needs a sign to wear shoes, flip-flops, or slides.

Relaxing getaway

The condo was very comfortable with updated furniture and flooring. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. Perfect size for a couple or couple with small children. Great location, short walk to the beach. Several restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and will return!

Great location on quiet premises

Great location on quiet premises. And walking distance from restaurants and shops. The condo was clean, spacious and comfortable. The only issue we had on our unit was the sliding door needed repair and ended up accessing the balcony thru the master bedroom door. And the guest room air flow (vents) was poor.

Everything was great! The unit is in a great location and had plenty of room for our family. The beach service was wonderful, there are plenty of great restaurants nearby, and the balcony on the unit is spacious. We had a wonderful vacation!

Wonderful getaway!

My daughter and I traveled to the area for her Spring Break. The condo was exactly as advertised! More than enough room for the 2 of us, and it was in a quiet area on the beach. Close to stores and restaurants, and wasn’t too far from Destin proper. Construction was going on while we were there, but it didn’t bother us at all as they didn’t seem to start extremely early. Didn’t hear any neighbors unless they were out in their deck next to us, which is understandable. Overall, it was a wonderful trip for us!

Great location, great setup, best maintenance mgr ever!

We stayed at San Remo with a large group for a family reunion. We had multiple units and they were all in great shape and well maintained. It was great to be so close to the beach and to have the pool area to gather as a large group in the evenings. We also loved being able to walk to gulf place for dinner. And Arnell, the maintenance manager on property is the friendliest, most helpful person ever! She was amazing!
