Forever Coastal features a large pool, game room, cabana house, seasonal beach chair setup, and exceptional outdoor space. Forever Coastal’s backyard is an oasis of family fun. The game room under the cabana house has an arcade, billiards, ping-pong, and more. The parking pad has a basketball goal and plenty of room for vehicles. The swimming pool is one of the largest in the area at 49 x 20, with a 14-person spa area, tanning shelf, and fountains. The pool can be heated from October - May for an additional fee. Once inside, you find luxurious features throughout the home. Forever Coastal boasts a standalone icemaker, TVs in every room, private bathrooms for each room, an HVAC unit for each level, and UV light for air quality. Forever Coastal is located near the Silver Sands premium outlet mall, grocery stores, award-winning restaurants, family activities, the Baytowne Harbor, and more. Main House Layout (sleeps 24): 1st floor (sleeps 8): 4 bedrooms with King beds and private baths, Half bath in hall, Kitchen, Laundry Room w/ ice maker, Living area, Dining area. 2nd floor (sleeps 16): 2 bunk rooms with 2 sets of built-in Queen/Queen bunk beds and private bathrooms. Cabana House Layout (sleeps 8): 1st floor: 900sf game room. 2nd floor (sleeps 8): Living room with sleeper sofa, Kitchen, Laundry room, King bedroom. Bunk room with full over full beds, Full bathroom between the bedrooms with shower/tub. Parking: A maximum of 10 vehicles can park on the driveway. No street parking is available. Pool/Spa Heating is available Oct-May for an extra fee. This service must be requested three days before arrival to ensure adequate time for turning on the heating system. Daily Beach chair with umbrella setup is included and runs from March 1 - October 31, weather permitting. The home has eight folding beach chairs you can carry to the beach and the daily beach chair setup. We do not supply “beach” towels. $350 flat pet fee collected post-booking. 1-2 pets max. No aggressive breeds. 50 lbs max. You must notify before arrival if bringing a pet. All events require prior approval, permitting, and appropriate fees. Please inquire if you plan on getting married or having a celebration here. \*Check-In – 4 PM (Central) \*Check Out – 10 AM (Central) Spa Quality amenities are provided with high thread count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions. AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. It was comfortable with plenty of space for our 11 Grandkids. The two bunk rooms upstairs were a big hit. The large pool was super and the private beach was a short walk or golf cart ride away. We came here to celebrate our daughter’s 21st birthday with family and her friends. The house did not disappoint! It was perfect. The cabana house was perfect for her and her friends to give them their own space. The family stayed in the main house and there was plenty of room. The only negative I would say is the heated spa doesn’t get real hot for the price you pay and could be hotter and there could be a little more toilet paper and paper towels to start off with. The refrigerator in the main house had two drawers that appear to not be connected and there was a piece broken so you had to be careful pulling them out. However the home appears to be in need of some much TLC! Upon arrival the floors were pretty dirty as if only swept not mopped in weeks/month; AC was freezing in front of house and very warm in back bedrooms so those sleeping in back bedrooms were uncomfortable; many of the shower/tub did not drain well at all nor did any of the bathroom exhaust fans work; fridge water dispenser did not work. Pool was pretty dirty when we arrived; however, after call to property manager they were relatively quick to send someone out to clean. For a house this size and costly would be nice to be provided with a little more than a starter kit of dishsoap, trash bags, toilet paper, etc we have stayed in far less expensive places that provide more than just the complete minimum. The additional beach chairs at the house was a really nice feature to be able to have addiitonal chairs down at beach versus the two chair/umbrella set up and the ice machine a big plus. Kitchen well equipped with lots of dishes and silverware. Thank you for providing a huge pot for our seafood boil and the griddle for pancakes. The new spice jar with the variety of spices in it was appreciated. Maintenance men responded immediately when our garbage disposal broke to replace it. The extra towels we requested were great. Pool is large and the tanning shelf was a hit. Took us a few days to figure out the pool and hot tub controls were on the fence behind the garage. Loved the table, stools & umbrella in the pool. Remember to bring your own beach towels. Only improvement recommended is towel hooks needed in the pool house bathroom as nowhere to hang a bath towel. The game room is awesome and was enjoyed by all ages. Only 8 houses from the beach - 2-3 minute walk. Loved the neighborhood and private beach access. Walking distance to Dollar General, Win-Dixie and Alvin’s cute beach shop and a Walmart just a mile south. Would highly recommend this house for a large family vacation. ##### Rose H. Plenty of room for everyone together or need to hide away for time to yourself. The game room was a hit for everyone of all ages!
