Unbeatable view and location. The private beach allowed plenty of room for guests staying at the property, without being crowded like the nearby public beaches. Unit is located within walking distance of Cafe Thirty-A and Prema Organic Coffee Shop. We rented electric bicycles to easily access the other neighboring towns. I will recommend this rental to anyone that asks for suggestions in the area, and will also be renting again in the future!

Perfection!

This is a perfect place to be to have personal relaxation and peace! So close to so so much but yet do not have to take your car. All you desire can be done on foot if needed/wanted! We will be back again due to the heavenly view and quaint area on 30A!

Excellent location and views!

We stayed in Dune Villas, 1A, the ground floor condo on the end of the complex, with a great view of the beach. Because we were on the end, there was no foot traffic going by. The unit was clean and very convenient to restaurants, stores, etc. There is a private beach for residents/guests of the small complex, which is really nice. Property was clean and well-stocked with kitchen basics and cleaning stuff. Stacked washer and dryer. We were very pleased with this rental.

The Perfect Condo!

What an amazing view? Stay here. Wanted to cleanest condo you’ll ever stay in at the beach? Stay here. A home away from home. Ronna’s communication was as perfect can get as perfect can be. I couldn’t recommend more highly and we will certainly return in the future. Hated to leave!

Perfect getaway

We were very happy with this location! It was my husband and myself with our two little boys. We found it to be an excellent location with a gorgeous view, easy access to the ocean with all the extras. Ronna was amazing at responding to any questions we had and the bed was comfortable. I wish it had a bathtub for the littles but we made do with just a shower. Biking was also a huge plus and conveniently located across the street. We will definitely stay here again.
