About this property
Spacious 2bd Twhm - 5 minute walk to Canyon Road- private courtyard w/ grill
- This is a beautifully decorated and recently entirely repainted duplex townhome located in the La Vereda Compound at 707 East Palace Avenue. It is approximately a 5 minute walk to Canyon Road and a 15-20 minute walk to the Plaza in the center of Santa Fe. It has a large private front courtyard off of the living room and a wonderful deck off of the master bedroom. Both rooms have abundant natural light from the extensive glass panel doors in each room. There are two very spacious bedrooms each with a Kiva fireplace and ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a soaking tub in the bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has its own entrance in addition to the entrance into the main home. This home only rents on a monthly basis. There is private off street parking for 1 car and guest parking available in the compound.
