SUMMARY Serenidad is a beautiful two-story condo steeped in Santa Fe style, featuring high ceilings, vigas, latillas, bancos, nichos, and a Kiva fireplace. The South Capitol location is hard to beat with equal access to the Plaza, Canyon Road, and the Railyard on foot. LIVING AREA The living room offers ample seating on the couch, chair with ottoman, and banco, which allows your group to around the gorgeous Kiva fireplace. KITCHEN AND DINING The fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking from home. The formal dining space seats four. BED AND BATH Both bedrooms are located upstairs and have king and queen beds respectively. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and an additional powder room is available downstairs. OUTDOOR SPACE The patio features a small kiva fireplace and a gas grill. Outdoor dining for four and ample patio furniture are available for spending time in Santa Fe’s famous weather. What I especially loved was that this had great natural light AND it was warm/cozy without being small. Many rental properties struggle to transmit warmth to the occupants. This one succeeded. Overall the property looked dingy. Many lightbulbs out (front patio, stairway chandelier, laundry closet), the umbrella was broken, was replaced right away. Carpets stained, blind pulls broken, paint on upstairs deck peeling; trimmed branches left scattered about on front patio. AC unit over stairway looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages. Conveniently located and serviceable. Could have been very cute with some TLC. ##### Nancy S.
