Great location and very comfortable - great value. Minor inconveniences like poor bath lighting and slow shower drain, but would stay here again for sure!
The staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful
Great location close to restaurants and shopping
Highly recommend
And a shout out for Stephen Sara and Gabriel at the front desk - thanks for the room upgrade
We have always loved staying at the St. Francis. We like the cozy atmosphere and the location can’t be beat. The staff has always been super attentive but this visit was even more exceptional. The staff greeted us by name during our short two night stay. The bar is wonderful, too. Can’t say enough good things about the over all stay!
St. Francis hotel in Santa Fe was a wonderful stay. Genuinely friendly staff, nice clean room with very comfortable beds. We enjoyed the on-site wine tasting room-Gruet vineyards. The sage smoked margarita at the on-site Secreto Bar is marvelous! I loved the overall ambiance at this hotel. Great stay to enjoy the Santa Fe area.
Beautiful property. Great location. Rooms, lobby and bar well designed quiet and comfortable. Full service valet was a nice perk. Unfortunate that simple AM lobby amenities (coffee / pastry) fell short, were not well stocked or replenished over the three days we were there.
The ambiance of the Hotel St. Francis was lovely. The staff were so cordial and helpful and always available. The mattresses and bedding were heavenly. Slept well - felt like I was enveloped in a cloud. One minor thing was one of our windows would not shut all the way and we used tape to hold it together. Also I understand the lighting at the sink was unique decor for the southwest vibe but the lighting at the sink mirror could be better. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Excellent hotel bar and tasting room. Very helpful staff. Very spacious room but It was difficult to get the room the right temperature. Bathroom was very small and dimly lit. It needed much more light. No full length mirror in the room. Not all outlets worked.
The staff was wonderful and it is truly a beautiful historic old hotel. The rooms are small and the hot water in the shower was iffy as a result though I am afraid. I would also recommend they have gluten free muffins for breakfast as well as other options. The staff was absolutely delightful though especially TJ, Miles, and Sarah!
Great location in the old town center. Building is old but many rooms are modern and updated. There was a mixup in our double bed booking through Expedia but they made it work out. Not a lot of onsite amenities, but the bar was great. Their partner hotels nearby had amenities to use if you wanted/needed to.
