Very comfortable and so quiet. We made good use of the kitchen for breakfasts and also used the washer/dryer which was behind the kitchen. The whole home setup worked very well for us. Minutes away from Santa Fe plaza - probably a decent 20 minute walk if you chose to do so, but we usually parked at the Sandoval parking garage to accommodate my mother and walked around from there.
