A block from Gardunos and overlooking downtown, this beauty shows that you don't have to chose between "close" and "comfortable". Enjoy drinks and the quiet Santa Fe air on a roomy balcony after sunset to top off a perfect day in the land enchanted. An elevator lets out a few feet from the front door, making it easy to get your luggage in. For larger parties, the couch opens out into a third bed and in a pinch, an air mattress is also available. Condo features: 2 bedrooms with new Serta pillow top queen-sized beds Living room with queen sofa bed Washer and dryer 40” Smart TV with cable and internet apps including Netflix subscription Wifi Convenient elevator Outdoor parking Kiva fireplace - I lived in Santa Fe for many years and I can confidently say this condo is inan excellent location! It was a 6 minute drive to every area we enjoy visiting downtown. Only 15 minutes to the airport, too! The condo was designed to support a quiet sleep by putting the bedrooms on the opposite end of the balcony which faces the highway. Contacted the property manager and they got the cleaning crew out quickly and did a quick turn over on the condo. The condo is ok with a very nice balcony and furniture setup we enjoyed during our stay. The inside could use a bit of updating and some minor repairs, but it was good overall. The location worked well for getting around Santa Fe and the surrounding areas. We visited many national parks and areas in northern New Mexico during our stay and this was a great location to launch from. Being so close to the main highway made trips easy and there was not a lot of road noise. It was also quite close to downtown, so trips into town were short. ##### Eric T. The location was perfect, the place was clean, and the owner was attentive and a pleasure to deal with. I would stay here again without hesitation. One thing to note: this unit is in building A on the third floor. During our stay, the elevator for this building was out of order which made for a minor inconvenience.
