Palace Modern residence located in the Santa Fe Railyard District.  
  
Live like a local in this newly renovated historic adobe. This two-bedroom, two-bath home has a formal living room, separate study, and a large eat-in kitchen with a spacious dining area. Enjoy Santa Fe's beautiful climate from a private outdoor patio, and park your cars in our two off-street parking spaces behind the house.  
  
Spend time in the Santa Fe Railyard District, home to fine restaurants, galleries, boutiques, local spirits, craft beer breweries, and the farmers' market, or take a 13-minute walk to explore the historic Santa Fe Plaza.  
Property not intended to be used as an event venue.  
Sorry, no pets allowed unless certified service animal.  
Guests will be asked to remove food and bring the trash to the can located outside the back doors.

#### Great location and a beautiful house!

We had a great stay here! The location is wonderful and we were able to walk to the plaza or railyard every day. The house was very clean and updated. We would definitely stay here again.
