- Located on a hill is this beautiful and comfortable house, with everything you need to spend a relaxing holiday among nature but close to everything, beaches, marina, golf club, restaurants, discos, markets, etc. They are a few minutes from the area, and 10 km from the city of Ibiza.
The house has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of them is independent and has a bathroom, a comfortable and functional fully equipped kitchen Oven dishwasher microwave fridge etc. Dining room and a spacious living room with plasma tv, satellite tv, stereo, ADSL WIFI internet that overlooks a covered terrace and the pool.
The pool is 10 x 4.5 m with 2 covered terraces with lounge chairs and dining table outside, and another covered area with a large barbecue.
The property is fully fenced, pets are allowed with prior consent, it has 27,000 m2 of land and there are no neighbors more than 100 meters around.
