Enjoy a peaceful stay at this 3-bedroom apartment in Santa Cruz. Marvelous ocean views and a pleasant coastal breeze greet guests as they step onto the balcony. This upper floor detached house features meticulously organized and equipped space to ensure a comfortable stay.   
With three bedrooms adorned with two double beds and one king size bed, located on a quiet street, it offers a serene environment to relax, enjoy the sea and the mountains.   
The living room is cozy, equipped with a sofa bed and dining table, while the kitchen has all necessary amenities, including a washing machine, oven, refrigerator, and microwave.   
A complete bathroom with a shower complements the convenience. This upper floor detached house offers even more comfort with a suite bedroom with a bath tube, a balcony with sea view and a bedroom with a king size bed.  
To enjoy the outdoors, guests can make use of the terrace and portable barbecue to prepare delicious meals .   
You are staying in the upper floor of a house divided into two floors, so please also respect the quiet hours, which are from 10 pm to 8 am, and be considerate of your neighbors.

#### Sehr großzügiges, super ausgestattetes Haus mit herrlichem Weitblick

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt auf Madeira sehr genossen! Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter konnte per Mail oder WhatsApp-Gruppe aufgenommen werden. Alle Informationen zum Haus haben wir per Link erhalten (sogar als Film!). Das selbstständige Einchecken mit Schlüsselsafe hat super geklappt. Auf Wunsch hätten wir den Schlüssel auch persönlich überreicht bekommen.Das Haus verfügt über drei große Schlafzimmer, von denen eins über ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Ankleidezimmer verfügt. Ein Bad mit Dusche ist vom Flur aus zugängig. Es gibt ein großzügiges Wohn- Esszimmer und eine geräumige Küche. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Von allen Räumen aus kann man ins Freie gehen, auf Balkon bzw. Terrasse, und einen herrlichen Ausblick auf das Meer und die Berge genießen. Die Küche mit großem Esstisch und Waschmaschine ist super ausgestattet. Eine Grundausstattung an Spülmittel, Waschpulver, Toilettenpapier usw. ist vorhanden. Nur die Spülmaschine fehlt. :-)Wir haben die zweite Woche im April auf Madeira verbracht, da waren die ersten Tage verregnet und kühl. Im Haus gibt es zwei Elektroheizungen, wer jedoch leicht friert, sollte zur Sicherheit für abends warme Kuschelwäsche mitnehmen.Bei Fragen haben wir innerhalb kürzester Zeit eine Antwort und Hilfe bekommen. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, Flugzeuge hört man kaum. Parken ist kein Problem, direkt vor dem Haus.Einziger Negativpunkt: Ein Auto ist nötig, die Fahrt hoch zum Haus ist steil und eng, nichts für Fahranfänger!
